The realtors can expect a surprising boom in the realty market as Himachal Government plans to possess 15,000 bighas of land to develop 60 new industrial areas across the state. This land will be acquired in the industrial belt of Baddi-Barotiwala, Nalagarh, Kala Amb and Una etc.
According to the official sources, the state government has decided to give permission to the industrial houses to buy land for providing housing facilities to their workers. So far it has granted licenses to 10 private builders for construction of 5932 dwelling units with an estimated cost of Rs 593 crore.
