| HOTEL SECTOR- DDA OFFERS BIG BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES

| | Delhi Development Authority is undertaking the auction of prime plots on freehold basis for construction of hotels in capital city. Auction will start from 5th June, 2006 at 10.30 a.m. The plots are available at
- Wazirpur District Centre
- Shalimar Bagh District Centre
- Shastri Park District Centre
- Mayur Vihar District Centre
- Dwarka, sector- 11 & sector 13, City Centre and
- Paschim Vihar District Centre

Eligibility to participate in the auction is for any person who is not a minor, a group of persons, a firm, a company, proprietary firm, a partnership firm, a registered co- operative society, joint venture or consortium may bid for the plots on freehold rights basis.
The bidder or purchaser should be an Indian and competent enough to enter into the contract. Apart from this global players are also welcome.
Terms and conditions of auction and the details of plots set out for auction can be obtained on payment of Rs 1000 from sale counter No. 11, D- Block, Vikas Sadan, I.N.A, New Delhi with effect from 22nd May, 2006.
When you go on auction date you need to submit a demand draft of ten lakhs in favour od Delhi Development Authority.
